Victor Kabui is the Founder and CEO of Kabui Royal Real Estate LLC, bringing a unique blend of leadership, discipline, and hands-on experience from his diverse background. A dedicated Marine Corps veteran with four years of service, Victor has also excelled in the security field for three years, leveraging his military training in situational awareness, conflict management, and precision. His background also includes five years in patient care, where he honed his skills in communication, problem-solving, teamwork, and adaptability.
Originally from the Kikuyu tribe in Kenya, Victor immigrated to the United States at the age of five, settling in Memphis, Tennessee. After the loss of both parents to cancer during his high school years, he continued the legacy of his father, who had established a real estate business with Victor’s uncle. Learning from his uncle, who managed over 40 rental properties, Victor gained in-depth knowledge of property management, tenant relations, and the nuances of the real estate industry. Today, he applies this expertise to lead Kabui Royal Real Estate LLC, offering his clients unparalleled service and a deep understanding of the real estate market.
